"Terres de Tallant" My sculptures are made from clay, either shaped from a single block or using the ‘slab’ technique, and fired directly in the studio. To colour them, I sometimes use antique-style patinas applied after firing, and sometimes engobes applied before firing. I sometimes play on the contrast between matt and gloss by glazing certain details.
