Discover our passion and come and visit us! Founded in 1998 in Saint Geniez by Sébastien Blaquière, our traditional beers and premium organic flavoured soft drinks have already won over many enthusiasts. The Aubrac beers (blonde, wheat, amber) are deeply rooted in the local culture. The range of artisanal organic soft drinks and cola, made with natural plant extracts and fruit sugar, round off the selection. La Brasserie d’Olt also offers American-inspired beers (Golden Pig, organic Mandala IPA) and an Occitan beer, Sabetz que Leù. Recently, Sébastien Blaquière teamed up with designer Philippe Starck (who designed the bottle) to create an organic beer with a fine, creamy head, characterised by a lovely, balanced and lingering bitterness: the S+ARCK. .
