LES ATELIERS COCKTAILS DU CASSISSIUM

8 Passage Montgolfier, 21700 Nuits-Saint-Georges

An introduction to mixology, including an overview of bar equipment and techniques, the preparation of two cocktails and a challenge.

The Cassissium cocktail workshops are introductory sessions to mixology, covering the basic equipment and techniques used behind the bar. Two cocktails are also explained in detail, with participants making them themselves before tasting them. To round off the session, working in teams, the mixologists-for-the-evening will be tasked with creating their own unique cocktail using a selection of specified ingredients. A panel of judges will choose the cocktail of the evening. A selection of appetisers will be served during the workshop.
