Manoir de Bel Ebat

1 rue de Bel Ebat, 44160 Crossac

CallWebsiteDirections

We are delighted to welcome you to the Manoir de Bel Ebat, a building dating from 1735, in the heart of the Brière Nature Reserve, for a stay close to nature and the cultural heritage of the Brière region.  The Manoir is situated at the crossroads between the Loire-Atlantique and Morbihan departments. Less than an hour from Nantes or Vannes, the Manoir is easily accessible. We are also 30 minutes from La Baule, Guérande and Saint-Nazaire, 10 km from the Golf de la Bretesche and 5 km from Saint-Joachim. An ideal location from which to explore the region. You can stay in one of the four tastefully and elegantly decorated rooms, each with a view of the 3-hectare wooded park, and savour local produce at the table d’hôtes.  The ‘Magnolia’ double room invites you to escape and embark on a journey to the Brière marshes or other, more exotic destinations. It offers a lovely view of the grounds, the stables and a large magnolia tree.  The ‘Escapade en Mer’ room is perfect for a break with friends, featuring two single beds and a seaside-themed décor inspired by the ‘Côte d’Amour’, which you can explore whilst staying with us.  The very spacious and light-filled “Reflet sur Brière” Deluxe Room features a queen-size bed, a sitting area and a marble fireplace. A refined setting for a luxury stay. Finally, the “Entre Cour et Jardin” Family Suite is a proper little flat in its own right, with its own living room, a dual-aspect layout and two distinct atmospheres: one green, with a view of the park, and the other more mineral, with a view of the courtyard and its farmhouses. The living room can be converted into a bedroom. Perfect for accommodating a family on a holiday in Brière. In the park, if you’re patient and observant, you might spot a barn owl, the dizzying flight of swallows and common swifts in spring, or even a pair of pheasants. We invite you to dine at the Manoir for a gourmet exploration of the Brière region. We offer a blend of regional French cuisine and flavours from further afield. We are not a restaurant, so you’ll need to be open to letting yourself be carried away by the culinary experience on offer. A single menu that changes depending on the day, the day’s catch and the seasons, which you’ll discover upon arrival.  On Sundays, you can enjoy a home-made brunch in the grounds or the Manor’s drawing rooms, depending on the weather. A moment of relaxation and indulgence with local, fresh and ‘home-made’ sweet and savoury treats.
