La Réthorerie is ideally situated three kilometres from the centre of Saint-Lô, its National Stud Farm and the Equestrian Centre – perfect for our friends who are horse breeders and riders. The house is also less than two minutes from the Voie Verte cycle path along the River Vire, which links Carentan to Mont Saint-Michel. It’s the perfect route for cycling or simply for lovely walks. The nearest beaches are less than thirty minutes away. On the first floor of the owners’ house, two south-facing bedrooms with internet access and en-suite bathrooms – completely renovated in 2024 – await you. ‘La Vire’ (20 m²), with a view of the garden, features a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and an en-suite toilet. It can be fitted with a 90 x 200 extra bed and a cot. Breakfast, served in the owners’ dining room or on the terrace in fine weather, will feature mainly home-made produce (pastries, jams). A high chair is available. The spacious garden is freely accessible and overlooks a lovely wooded valley. Garden furniture is at your disposal.
