A sublime, sensory and gastronomic tour along the Loire in our cave cellars, the historic site of Maison Ackerman.

Begin your experience with a guided tour of our cave galleries, the historic site of Maison Ackerman. As you wander through our cellars, you’ll learn about two centuries of sparkling wine production. Then awaken your senses and indulge in a guided tasting of sparkling wines (Crémant de Loire, Saumur brut) and fine wines from the Loire Valley (Saumur-Champigny, Muscadet, Sancerre, etc.), accompanied by savoury and sweet canapés. Gourmet pairings born of close collaboration between our oenologists and a local caterer, such as a dish of sliced rillauds and red berries, perfectly complemented by the Saumur Champigny Clos de Chaumont from Domaine de la Perruche. On the programme: - A guided tour of our cave cellars, the historic site of Maison Ackerman. - A tasting led by one of our sommeliers, featuring four premium cuvées with an introduction to the Loire’s flagship grape varieties used in their blends (Chenin Blanc, Pineau d’Aunis, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc), accompanied by local culinary specialities. We invite you to taste one sparkling wine and three still wines (your choice: two white wines and one red wine, or one white wine and two red wines). TIMES: Daily from 1 January to 31 December 2026, except on 1 January and 25 December. By booking only. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes. This tour is available on fixed dates. For further information, please contact the Ackerman wine cellar on 02 41 53 03 21 or by email at tourisme@ackerman.fr.
