Concert: Coutances Wind Orchestra – “La Caravane électrique”

12 Dec

2 Rue Milon, Théâtre municipal, 50200 Coutances

A new musical journey with the OHC! Following on from *Âme nomade* alongside trombonist Robinson Khoury, the Coutances Harmony Orchestra continues its journey in search of new worlds and new artistic visions. This time, Christophe Grandidier’s baton meets the pen of Bernard Ariu. This Norman composer and multi-instrumentalist, based in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, crafts music that blends his passion for gypsy jazz and tango with Celtic legends and polyphonic harmonies inspired by his Sardinian roots. This impressive spectacle will be driven by 60 musicians performing with complete abandon, and will have us buzzing with delight… The Electric Caravan hits the road for dream destinations, featuring gospel, pop, rock and many other surprises. A journey to enjoy with the whole family! Suitable for all ages. 12 December at 8.30 pm and 13 December at 5 pm at the Coutances Municipal Theatre. Booking essential.
