Domaine Schoenheitz invites you to its wine cellar for a convivial and unique evening.

A new format for this unique experience at Domaine Schoenheitz, which this year invites you to an exclusive, intimate and refined dinner. For one evening, step into the winemaker’s shoes, take part in a workshop on blending different wines and create your own personalised cuvée. Guided step by step, discover how the winemaker creates his cuvées each year, in harmony with his terroirs and the evolution of the vintage. Then, let yourself be led into the heart of the ageing cellar, a place steeped in authenticity where you’ll share an aperitif in a cosy, convivial atmosphere. The evening continues in the winemaking cellar, where you’ll take your seats around a large table, designed to foster a genuine sense of togetherness. Make yourselves comfortable alongside the other guests for a convivial experience that encourages conversation and discovery. Accompanied by subtle, soft music, you’ll taste the estate’s wines, carefully selected for their unique winemaking techniques and their perfect pairing with the chef’s cuisine. Olivier Lamard from Restaurant l’Olivier in Munster presents a three-course dinner, inspired by the flavours of autumn and punctuated with winemaking touches that bring out the best in the terroir. A timeless interlude where expertise, terroir and the art of living come together! The evening takes place in the wine cellar, so please bring a jacket or cardigan. Free parking is available nearby: close to the bakery, the school and the church. Please meet at the wine cellar; ring the bell to let us know you’ve arrived. This event is part of the ‘Vos Diners Insolites en Alsace’ programme, organised in partnership with Chefs d’Alsace, Etoiles d’Alsace and Alsace Destination Tourisme.
