A family-run, CERTIFIED ORGANIC estate in the Haut-Médoc. Following in the footsteps of Joseph and Luc Touchais, their son Lionel – a trained oenologist – has been at the helm of the estate since 2005. On a 10-hectare vineyard dominated by a charming 18th-century Carthusian monastery, listed as a Historic Monument, the Touchais family produces exclusively red wine under the Haut-Médoc appellation. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. The winemaking process aims to preserve the fruit and the elegance of the tannins. The wines are aged in French oak barrels, a portion of which is replaced each year. Since 2022, our estate has been CERTIFIED ORGANIC by ECOCERT. 100 per cent of our wines from the 2022 vintage onwards are certified organic.
