The Counts of Liger-Belair, who have been based in the heart of Vosne-Romanée since 1815, decided in 2022 to create a community space open to everyone, with the aim of meeting the needs of all those living in Vosne-Romanée. They therefore devised a space combining an organic and/or local grocery shop, a café, a post office, a wine bar, guest rooms and a seminar room. Four air-conditioned junior suites are available on the upper floor. Each junior suite has its own décor and atmosphere, and each evokes the world of a different family member. Very light and airy, they face either south or west. The large bay windows create a sense of the rooms extending out into the open air. Two junior suites have a terrace overlooking the vineyards. The ‘Chanoine’ and ‘Général-Comte’ junior suites are situated on the same landing on the first floor. The ‘Comtesse’ and ‘Ambassadeur’ junior suites are accessed via a separate communal entrance and are situated on the first and second floors respectively of the same house. These two suites can be joined via a connecting door, creating a duplex space, ideal for a family. Breakfast will be left outside your door every morning at 7.30 am from Monday to Saturday and at 8.30 am on Sundays. You can enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of your suite. The breakfast baskets contain: a croissant, a pain au chocolat, bread, butter and jam, a plate of cheese and cold meats, fruit juice and milk. If you have any specific requests, please do let us know in advance. A private dining room is available upon booking, seating up to 8 guests around a table for lunch or dinner, where you can enjoy dishes prepared by a chef who will come especially to cook for you.
