Place du Cap Del Let, Cinéma L'Uxello, 46110 Vayrac

UNIPOP Art, Literature and Cinema: A live interview from Pessac with director Pegah Ahangarani Through five portraits of her loved ones – all figures of resistance – Pegah Ahangarani traces the intimate story of her life. Drawing on her personal archives, family videos, images of demonstrations, press articles and audio recordings, she spans more than forty years of Iranian history. From the initial upheavals of 1979 to the war that broke out in 2026, she weaves a dialogue between individual memory and collective history, painting a portrait of a country marked by political repression yet relentlessly driven by the desire for freedom and the hope of a revolution
