Pling-Klang – Circus, story

8 Jun

1 Place du Champ-au-Roy, Théâtre du Champ au Roy, 22200 Guingamp

What if a couple were a flat-pack piece of furniture? This acrobatic and hilarious duo demonstrate just that. Plig-Klang tackles the theme of love through the prism of humour and challenge. Who hasn’t shared the high-risk experience of assembling a flat-pack shelf with their soulmate? Complicity, fits of laughter, arguments, making up… It’s all there. Drawing on this surprisingly familiar situation, Plig-Klang tackles the ultimate test for a couple: putting together an IKEA flat-pack. Jugglers, object manipulators and unrivalled acrobats, this mischievous duo deconstructs, screws together and reassembles the loose parts of a romantic relationship. With only the roadmap of life to guide them… Suitable for all ages.
