2 – La Locomotive Theatre Company

13 Feb

Place Pierre de Coubertin, Juliobona, 76170 Lillebonne

‘What is love? What is friendship?’ Drawing on two children’s picture books, 2 creates a poetic and visual world that celebrates unconditional love and the richness of non-verbal communication. French Sign Language transforms every gesture into speech, into emotion, into a bond. The pages turn to the rhythm of Vivaldi, immersing us in a gentle, captivating world where closeness and tenderness are woven into a language which, with or without words, is invented by two people together. Inspired by the picture books *C'est autant d'amour que je t'envoie* by Coline Irwin (published by Memo) and *Duo Mambo* by Wei Middag and Aurèle Arima (published by La Joie de lire).
