Opening and exhibition at Livres, Books & Co: “Starting Points”

9 Oct – 3 Jan

11 Rue de Montmartre, 46800 Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc

Photographs by Stephen Harper “Starting Points” brings together a collection of photographs taken during trips to France and the United Kingdom between 2015 and 2026. Most of the photographs were taken with a digital camera, with nearly half captured using a simple smartphone. This series follows on from “Passages” (exhibited at the bookshop in December 2023), whilst moving slightly away from the artist’s usual style to incorporate more pronounced colour saturation, with a chromatic balance and tones reminiscent of traditional film photography.
