Amitié Judéo-Chrétienne de Toulon

Purpose of the association

To ensure that, between Judaism and Christianity, knowledge, understanding, respect and friendship replace age-old misunderstandings and traditions of hostility; it works not only to eradicate age-old anti-Judaism, but also to ensure that Jews and Christians, through their civic and spiritual presence, help modern society to find its way; it excludes from its activities any tendency towards syncretism and any form of proselytism; it does not in any way seek a merger of religions and Churches; it does not require anyone to renounce or abandon their beliefs; it neither demands nor excludes any religious or ideological affiliation;
