To bring together private healthcare professionals in the Chambéry metropolitan area with a view to advancing the project for a Regional Professional Healthcare Community, to support the development of coordinated care provision by healthcare stakeholders at regional level, to foster inter-professional relations and to promote professional training; to initiate, promote and organise a project for the health, coordination and structuring of local healthcare provision in support of a coordinated patient pathway, amongst medical and social care providers practising within the territory of the Chambéry Agglo’ Territorial Professional Health Community (CPTS); to develop collaborations with other stakeholders, whilst respecting professional independence, professional confidentiality and the patient’s freedom of choice; to contribute, either directly or through other organisations, to the promotion of individual, collective and public health, as well as to health education and prevention; to receive grants and funding from the ARS and the Health Insurance Scheme, or from any organisation eligible to provide funding to CPTSs; to represent healthcare professionals in the area before professional and political bodies or before o
