Union Départementale des Anciens Combattants Français Musulmans et Leurs Enfants - U.D.A.C.F.M.E. -

Purpose of the association

To monitor the resolution of issues arising from the various conflicts and wars in which France has taken part, as well as police operations in North Africa; to provide assistance to veterans who have died in the line of duty, as a result of the war, through illness or hardship, as well as to their families;to establish and maintain close ties between veterans from all social backgrounds and origins and their descendants, in a spirit of solidarity, unity and tolerance, and with isolated or unorganised French Muslim veterans who wish to loyally serve the same aims; to uphold the foundations of the Republic and reverence for the Motherland; to tenaciously defend the interests and the moral and material rights of veterans, their families and their descendants, whilst refraining from making any demands to local, national or regional public authorities that are not fully justified or that appear to be contrary to the public interest
