Purpose of the association

To meet all the needs – whether expressed or not – of older people and to help them overcome loneliness in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere; to help them form or renew friendships with others without ever making them feel as though they are being patronised; to help them remain active by drawing on their knowledge or skills, in line with their leisure interests; to help them feel secure through practical or emotional support during difficult times; to help them flourish by developing their natural talents and personalities through involvement in their club
