Association pour le Developpement de l'Emploi Agricole et Rural dans le Lot (Adear Lot)

Purpose of the association

The promotion and development of small-scale farming, and support for initiatives that have a positive impact on agricultural employment and, consequently, on rural employment in general. This support can take several forms: exploring ways of setting up farms and production methods that favour numerous, small-scale agricultural holdings, as well as seeking to improve working conditions and working arrangements (such as group work and the organisation of farm relief services, etc.) ; providing information and training for men, women and organisations open to all those involved in rural development; collaborating with all stakeholders in rural communities on the necessary evolution of rural professions; and broadening our areas of action and expertise to include the provision of training for local elected representatives
