Vay Collectif Citoyen

Purpose of the association

To strengthen civic engagement and participatory democracy in Vay by proposing initiatives and projects in the public interest; by taking concrete action for the local community in collaboration with residents and elected representatives; by providing information to foster dialogue between citizens and elected representatives; and by promoting residents’ participation in local decision-making. The association is part of a local initiative promoting ecological, social and solidarity-based transitions. It facilitates dialogue, develops tools, runs awareness-raising projects, and organises activities and events, either independently or in partnership with other associations, local authorities or economic stakeholders.
