Purpose of the association

The purpose of this association, within the ADOUR GAVE Health Region, through the efforts of its active members and with the support of its partner members, is to support the development of coordinated care provision by healthcare professionals within the region, to foster inter-professional relations and to make the CPTS a welcoming environment and training ground for the next generation; to contribute, in conjunction with existing local structures, to the implementation of the Territorial Professional Health Community’s health plan in accordance with its health strategy; to organise, in this capacity, a response to healthcare needs within the Territory; to improve the provision of local healthcare by structuring the coordinated practice of medical and social care providers within the Territory; to improve health promotion amongst the relevant population group within the Territory through appropriate and consistent communication; to promote equal access to healthcare, as well as the quality and efficiency of care within the Territory; to organise the operational arrangements between the members of the Association; to propose and carry out activities
