The association will provide every means to discover and deepen one’s understanding of this tradition: an introduction to Zazen, demonstrations, lectures, regular practice sessions, extended intensive practice sessions, the study of the teachings of the Zen Masters, and the running of a library offering books, journals and information on Sôtô Zen in France and abroad
