Purpose of the association

The purpose of the Ténarèze Regional Professional Healthcare Association (CPTS) is to fulfil the remit set out in the Inter-professional Agreement (ACI) published in the Official Journal on 24 August 2019, which aims to: - access to healthcare, in particular through access to a general practitioner and the provision of care for unplanned medical needs - the organisation of care pathways with the establishment of optimal coordination - the implementation of regional initiatives for prevention and health promotion - participation in the management of health crises - the development of the quality and relevance of care - the provision of support to healthcare professionals in the region to this end, the association establishes, organises, administers and ensures the operation of a regional professional healthcare community within the meaning of the Law on the Modernisation of the Healthcare System (Law No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016) and Article L. 1434-12 of the Public Health Code; A healthcare project, co-developed and shared by its members, has therefore been drawn up to provide a concrete response to these objectives;
