Association Hors d'Echelle en Pays de Salers

Purpose of the association

To take action to preserve the environment, natural areas, iconic sites, the landscape heritage, rural buildings, monuments protected as historic monuments, and the iconic roads of the Salers region; to defend the cultural identity of these sites and the economic and social interests they represent; to combat any damage that might be inflicted on this environment, particularly where such damage affects the natural character of areas and landscapes, as well as the biological balance in which animal and plant species play a part; to prevent the degradation of natural resources in the face of numerous wind turbine installation projects; the association aims to ensure compliance with the law, regulations and guidelines in force for this type of installation
