To promote any initiative that helps to support both children in and out of school by setting up and running a childcare centre called ‘Aux P’tits Bon’heurs’, comprising a crèche (for children aged 0–4) and an after-school club operating outside school hours (for children aged 4–10 years – end of primary education), including the care of children with a mild disability or a chronic illness (0–10 years), with the short-term provision of a care service known as the ‘right to respite’ for their families; it organises various activities or events of interest to families and, more generally, carries out all industrial, commercial, financial, movable and immovable property operations that may be directly or indirectly related to the company’s objects and/or likely to facilitate their expansion or development (direct sales, distribution, outsourcing, online sales); its duration is unlimited
