Purpose of the association

To foster a community and offer a Francophone, independent and experimental perspective on persistent virtual worlds in particular, and on digital culture more generally: the internet, artificial intelligence, 3D and imagery; to produce and disseminate, on an open-access basis, editorial content – blogs, newsletters, interviews, analyses and reports on experiments – offering a critical and first-hand perspective on these technologies and their uses; to bring together and foster an open community, invited to explore these realms – including within virtual worlds – and to guide the association’s work; to organise meetings, workshops, training courses and events in these fields; to produce or publish any material or product contributing to its purpose; and, more generally, to undertake any action directly or indirectly related to this purpose;
